I feel so sad. I feel guilty for it.

My grandparents want me to live with them for a while. They love me. I just feel so much apathy lately though. I feel like I cannot manage it. I want to be happy.

I do not understand what I am feeling to be honest. It's one of the weirdest feelings. I'm lost. Its heavy.

If they’re nice to you, why not live with them?

Some grandparents are a great change from parents.

No need to feel guilty for feeling sad. Would you feel guilty for feeling cold or thirsty?

This is confusing probably because what you are feeling is not really some genuine negative emotions, but absence of positive emotions.

It sounds like depression, which I have been struggling with for a while due to some personal things so I understand. The main thing to is accept that you are depressed while working towards not letting it control you and your life.

Sounds like depression to me. Don't be too hard on yourself about that. When things get rough, try to think of the things that are good in your life.

Would you like to live with your grandparents? Are there any practical reasons why it wouldn't work out? Would your parents let you? If you'd like to go, there are no practical issues and your parents won't mind, then it might be a good idea. After all, in another topic you said that your parents seem stressed and that that in turn stresses you out. If you could get a breather at your grandparents' place, you wouldn't be bothered by your parents' stress as much and your parents would get a little rest from looking after you. It'd be a win for everyone. :D

I want to live with them. My parents want me to. I just feel like it would be a huge change. I'm not great with change. Yeah, it could help my parents stress and mine. I'm not sure how to get my medication while there though. I think I could figure it out though. I just feel like I'm not feeling my best and I'm scared to be like that around them. They are accepting of my Autism and Mental health struggles though. I think I should go.

I think disruption might just be the cost of improvement.

How far will you be moving from your parents? If it's a great distance then you would change therapists. As for the change, it depends on how far you are moving from your parents.

I'm moving to a whole new province. I have spent the summer there.

Moving to another part of your country can be very challenging and especially for people on the spectrum. I would give it 6 months or so to get settled.
