I probably shouldn't feel as low as I do, but I used to have a routine following a certain podcast.

Recently there was topic of an anxious person's "horrible" behavior (e.g. a meltdown) at a mall that the hosting couple used hostile language of and laughed at. Myself as well as a woman with autistic daughter had tried to explain a difference of a meltdown and a tantrum while calling for some understanding and were blocked as a result.

I noticed yesterday that there was a new podcast with the same couple being very vocal about calling out on people that use mental illness as an excuse to get away with things as a part of "woke" culture. People "with issues" were told to get treatment and essentially stay away from public sight, if they can't behave themselves.

I've had suicidal tendencies for a long while and am feeling very unwelcome in the world at the moment. It keeps getting me when people don't understand and don't want to understand what it is like not to be neurotypical and be able to go by acceptable social etiquette all the time.

Ignore what others say.

Avoid the news media and avoid the well used social media sites as their brains have become so brainwashed that they have become sterile and are unable to think outside of their media controlled boxes.
