I mean, since the childhood i dont see a significant change / improvement about my aspergers. I still have issues with socialising, social skills, etc. Im taking medication everyday (antidepressant) and getting therapy (it is not really useful for me). What do you do to reduce symptoms of autism or aspergers, even if it has not a cure ? Whats the proper way

I do not have any answers. I can only think of ones which you have thought about like to reduce stress and try and enjoy.

I do find that prayer to Jesus helps.

What are the specific symptoms or traits you want to change or reduce?
