I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar. Right now I’m having such a hard time and don’t know what’s been causing it, but I keep having these random crying/depression spells along with some paranoia since early august and it hasn’t gotten better yet. I don’t mean to bring anyone else down and I’m very fun to be around when I’m in my right mind. I’ve been praying and praying, asking for prayers but it hasn’t been getting better. I’m still obsessed with the robot from my life as a Teenage Robot and the obsession is torturing me and I’m just crying nonstop. I don’t know if it’s a med issue but I think it is. But I gotta confess that I’m not ok at all even when I’m convinced it’s all over everything falls back apart. I’m sorry if I’m a burden and I thank all of you so much for being here for me during this time and all bad times as well as the good (giving out hugs) y’all are the best

Hi Aspieangelde:

While the medication may be able to help you to some degree, the drug alone not going to be 100% effective. Combining it with hard exercise and perhaps joining a gym or if you have a treadmill that you can gain access to. Studies also suggest changing your eating habits.

Sugary foods, processed meats and cheese, and sodas can trigger episodes of the depression.

That said,it's totally up to you to make the decision as to what you want to do with your life.
