Hi, all. You know, over the past two years, it seems life has been disrupted by this pandemic. But how I am I doing, as a person? Well, alright seems to be the correct term.

I sometimes tend to overthink things, like what will happen to me in the near-term future, but somehow, I turn out alright. Which is okay. I've been talking to my psychatrist and one thing I was told is to "challenge my thoughts" - more of which can be seen at these links: https://eugenetherapy.com/article/5-way ... -thoughts/ -and- https://www.anxietycanada.com/articles/ ... -thinking/

I know we live in tense times. But we will get through this together. And even I have reduced my news consumption - it seems like mass media wants to frighten the populace.

Two more links about overthinking things: https://www.amitahealth.org/blog-articl ... erthinking -and- https://www.stylist.co.uk/health/mental ... ips/473376

Just wanted to say hello. And much love.
