I embarassed myself

I went out with my support worker yesterday. She took me out for food and shopping. I had a great time until we were shopping.

I ended up pooping myself. Everyone could tell. But she was good about it. I hated myself yesterday.

two years ago, i ate four packs of exotic bean salad and one kit kat. tried and failed to get to the next grocery store for litterbox. stomach felt a bit off.

defecated in pants. june 2020.

it also almost happened some other times.

it's too inconvenient. esp since Coronavirus, many litterboxes closed.

a dr wrote a note for my job, that allows me to go to the litterbox whenever.

but between my Pigpen and work, not many litterboxes.

i put extra underpants in my locker at the slave plantation.

the litterboxes at my slave plantation, frequently out of order. the customers keep clogging them. messing them up. it's so inconvenient. i use the wrong bathroom, so every time i urinate, i have to use the toilet, not the urinal.

also, i am careful of how much i eat and where the nearest litterboxes are.
