I know I'm tiddliwinked but I don't usually feel this bad

I called mental health, they told me to ring ambulance as sound unwell and disorientated...

ambulance comes 2 hours later, im feeling better and get told off

so back to samaritans it is again then

Sometimes valerian helps my anxiety or other plants or teas. Linden tea is a good one.

Does not seem to help this week

Maybe visit your GP?

Your GP can prescribe anti-allergy medication

Allergies are bad.

On top of that I'm hungry don't feel well enough to cook

My salivation is so excessive I can't even stop it by filling my mouth with cotton wool

I can't stop drooling but my mouth feels dry at the same time

And sore

Please how do I stop drooling

You should go to the A & E. Do you have one nearby?

Or a walk-in clinic?
