At least you don’t have my family. They would gladly dance and kick my fat-arsed carcass to hell and back than show any respect to me.

The '90s to mid 2000s was the peak for me. There have been many highs since then but nowhere near 2005's peak. The lowest for me was near the end of 2012 to mid 2017. Again, lots of lows since but nowhere near.

History might surprise me.

Man, the 90's and the early 200X's were great times. Well, at least for me, anyway. :p

Just what on earth is wrong with this world, I wonder? Aside from crazy/stupid people, I mean?

I feel like I’m stuck in the 90s when I was in my 20s.

I hate the past 25 years, but this decade has been the worst because we are officially in hell. How can anyone be happy when the world is so awful? Sure people might have moments of happiness but it's all a temporary escape, an illusion. A state of temporary denial.

The worst year for me was when I lost my mom in 2013 8O   I was NEVER the same after that, I felt like part of me died too.

I went thru this in 2019, although diagnosed with 6 months to live in mid 2018, then covid and masking up in 2020, it was a rough stretch, maybe the end of the decade will be the exact opposite.
