Today Ive really been on a role... One mistake after the next, and one really big one in the end, and I cant get over it. A lot of the time it takes a really long time for me to get over stuff like this. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can help myself feel better about the situation? I feel really horrible right now.

I'm a so-called screw-up sometimes too... don't be self-conscious; that will only make it worse! :D You and I are two peas in a pod, UN88! You always have me to support you!

It takes a lot of practice. It's worth it when you succeed.

An expert is someone who's made all the mistakes. :)

I get like this too.

I find that time and medication help. And trying to think of equivalent things that you have done RIGHT.

Sounds like you're a bit of a perfectionist. (Imagine that.) Let me ask you something. Do you expect perfection from other people, or is that something that you only expect from yourself?

I never like to be an 'expert'

an 'ex' is a has-been and a 'spert' is a drip under pressure...

I understand man... on some days it's a downward spiral of crap... how to overcome it is sometimes very very tough...
Remember that you don't deserve to feel bad and alas, you will feel better in time. atm I can't think of much to say but good luck man. :)

I dwell on things a lot too. Might be an AS thing. It's very hard to control your thoughts. Try to stay in the present moment.
