i told my mom that i quit most of the meds and she accepted it. she looked sad for about 5 mins and then said ok. now my worry is the program finding out.


i also made an appointment with a psychitrist who does holistic medicine but says he wont be my main doc so long as i go to this program. i also made an apointment with a naturopathic doctor.

If yours stopping medication that you bin taking for a long time I highly recomend you get off it very slowly. cause with the change of chemistry in your brain happening so fast if can really mess you up. I was trying to quit antidepressants in the past and I would always have horrible manic attacks.

Boy hyperion, I'm glad you have the support of your mom, or at least she's not working against you. I hope holistic and/or naturopathic medicine helps you and you get to feel like yourself, not all drugged and zombie like anymore!

I told my dad and he was total***hole about it. started ranting and raving saying stuff like he wasnt gonna take me on vacation and he was gonna tell the program. took him an hour to calm down

I wonder why your mum accepted. Maybe she was hurt inside.
