Let me think for a second.
No, I dont have any regrets. Everything was out of my control and i tried my best but things did not work. I was born and grew up with aspergers. When i was a child, my parents raised me wrong. You have no idea whats good and bad for you as a kid, thats normal. Its parents' job to know whats good for a kid. Then i grew up in no time and ended up depressed. Now it's a little too late revert.

I think it's true that we have a tendency to blame ourselves for things that happened that were beyond our control. Even the things we did or didn't or couldn't do also were not within our power to control. You are right that we should not blame ourselves.

Yeah I don't see how you can regret the things that have happened to you that we're out of your control.

I guess i regret studying so hard everyday when i was a child.
I was always praised for being smart, i thought being smart was my only good point and a way to be worthy and a normal person. Although i know now that this is not true, everyone around me certainly think so. So i had no choice. Thinking again, i dont regret it.

That is good that you have no regrets.
