AARRGGHH!! !! !
it happened, I knew it would - eventually and it did!

I warned my boss and office VP about my AS, I even sent them a link the the wikipedia page, which is a very good, if not perfect description! I had to come out after I unknowingly snapped at a coworker!

I explained that the only times I had ever gotten fired was for saying the wrong thing that I thought was the right thing to a coworker or customer.
Anyway........
today I got my semi-annual review and a write up at the same time.

I HATE being backed into a corner esp. over BS that didn't happen, I won't get into the specifics.

I feel like I'm about to loose it!! I want to quit, come out swinging, scream, or jump off a bridge.

I just don't know!

Do you have any annual leave coming?

When I get like this, it is all I can do to not smash the nearest window.
It is situations like yours that make me almost infinitely glad I don't work right now.

I grabbed the side of my desk so hard, I broke my finger! I broke it last month and it's ben set all of this time.

YES my pressure gauge has ben pegged. I have all of the anger/hostility built up inside of me. I need to let it out.

I need a catharsis. Like punching a pillow, having sex, or putting my fist through a wall!!

I would suggest the pillow as the least damaging lol.
I tend to just punch everything including myself when the pressure reaches too high a level for me to control it.

I'll lay off of punching things, if I do, I'll end up breaking something, like another finger, or (knowing my luck) my penis!

I'll have a drink (Jack and coke) with dinner and then head to bed early.
