I wanted to get up at 10:30 this morning, I kept hitting my snooze button on my phone, I didn’t want to get out of bed, I got out of bed a hour later. I had a little energy, I needed to get some stuff from my porch, I bought food, litter & treats for my cat, so the box was big, I also had a bag of vitamins. My cat ran out of dry food, so I needed to open the box right away, although I had plenty of wet food. I was worried about how I was going get the package, I started to have anxiety, I opened my front door, I get the box in, I opened up. Doing that took alot of energy out of me, I was breathing too fast, I was in pain too, I was dizzy, I was so physically tired, my eyes were tired. I’m tired of getting no help. I hate having little energy.

If you are persistently lacking energy you may have something like chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia.

It is worth looking them up online just to rule them out, if you haven't had them diagnosed already.

I may have Fibromyalgia, my mom had it.

Typically the more you do the more you Can do and the more energy you have.

If I sit around for days/weeks, I'm weak and tired. If I do physical work, sure it can be tiring, but it builds strength and stamina and I have more energy to move around and get even more things done after a work day.

Maybe you just need to be a little more physically active each day so you have more energy to do things vs. less. Just a thought.

I don’t exercise alot, I have to do some exercise cuz of my Cerebral Palsy, doing leg lifts helps me not to fall down, I been falling down alot in the past. I was born with weak muscles cuz of my Cerebral Palsy.

I can't do physical work, I have pain in my lower legs, it is my bones, I broke my ankle over 5 years ago, my ankle got better, but my bones didn’t heal right. I can walk, but not too good, when I’m on my feet I have anxiety.
