I cant do anything, even if i try to do, it's slow progress. Time is passing too fast and im stuck. Wasted too many years doing nothing. How come these people graduate, find a job, buy a new car, get married etc, when they are not even 25. When i want something, i need to take a few years to get that, put too much effort. On the flip side normies live an easy life with fast progress and effortless lifestyle. So who is to blame
So relatable. I will say that the best advice that I was given was to put one thing on your to do list a day and do it. (It was advice for severely depressed people, but it works well enough for us, even if we aren't horribly depressed)
That thing for the list should be an item that moves us closer to some sort of a larger goal. (Personally deciding what that was was a challenge, but if you can't limit it to on, then just toss a die and go with it)
Then you look at the goal and if you can immediately do it, then do it. (Although if you can, then perhaps try thinking bigger) If you can't, ask why and do the item that's blocking it. If you can't do that immediately, then repeat the process until you can. And make sure to write all those things down. You'll then have a reasonable map.
That being said, it's definitely possible for the goal to not be possible at all, in that case do something else.
