I will regret wasting my young years later.

But depression prevents me from doing anything.

Give some advices to me so I wont watch myself waste away

Being young is actually quite hard. Give yourself a break and be kind to yourself. Don't judge yourself too harshly.

I think your later self will look back on your current self with compassion rather than blame.
