Change

Another topic discussion that came up to me is the concept of change. To talk about myself for a moment, I don't like a whole lot of change; no matter how inevitable it is. I prefer the same routines at the same time what some changes but not ridiculously drastic. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." and one of my mottos in life. An example of change could be moving up for a company but hesitate to do so because of the amount of disagreements you'll have of most of the policy changes made. If you're in management, you'll have to drink the "Corporate Kool-Aid" even if you disagree with any bad changes made. Anyone has any problems with too much change? Why or why not?
