Is it stupid to have kids so you don't feel lonely later on?

I saw a tiktok video in which a lady was reading a tweet berating women in the mid 20s to mid 30s they'll end with a very lonely life without kids once they hit their mid 40s. She was like "could we please just stop with this bull s*** why does it matter to strangers on the internet as to why different people don't have kids or do have kids and have made different life choices? She even said if you are having kids just so you don't feel lonely in your mid 40s, that's probably one of the worst reasons to be having a kid.

A part of me wants to be me without the self imposed pressure or the pressures from strangers telling me to have kids. It makes me sad and anxious because I wasn't being pressured in the 20s and so why do it to someone in their 30s when they still don't feel ready?
