As the title states, I've always been a bearer of burdens. Most of the burdens I bear do not originate from myself, but such is a consequence of being overly helpful. I don't consider myself to be the world bearing titan of old though it certainly feels as though I hold burdens from everyone in my life. Though as much as I hold I wouldn't ask anyone else to bear or even to hear my own. Dwelling on them is difficult enough the last thing I would want is to taint someone with that knowledge.

Perhaps (and this is only a suggestion) try unburdening yourself (even just a little).

don't be such an open mind, that's a dangerous thing

I don't even feel it most of the time because it's just normal

I've only thought about it because of this thread

I wonder if it has physical impacts though

Like because I'm carrying around a weight

Thats work, not the kind of work I do. Though that is related to something funny today at work when we finished up. My senior coworkers were reminding the others of the time I soled a major project that "95% of people wouldn't have picked if in that situation" but I just enjoy work.

I also laughed thinking about one of AI candidate's common phrases "unburdened by what was".
