naturally really bad at both

it just seems like every slightest thing, is way too much for me to handle. ("trauma")

inadequate coping mechanisms

time management

since bus schedule changed, bus scheduled every 30 min, not 12 minutes.

litterboxing has been taking a long time. (often one hour long, or failure.)

difficulty sleeping

exhausted all the time

42 nothing accomplished

When I got healthier, physically and mentally, I handle the latter better.
Mine is more than just the lack of filters and sensitivity.

The former? I've yet to since I spent too much time fussing over the latter.
But now that I no longer do, I'm trying to figure and learn it how now that I have a space to.
