I would say stop.

I have enough problems with talking back to them, rescripting, but I get strange looks, I also talk to machines.

Some consideration of your parents is good.

You are treating yourself, and the first rule of medicine is, "Do no harm."

I invented a voice in my head that would just say 'leave her alone she is doing the best she can' whenever I had a problem with negative thoughts/memories as I used to criticize myself and hit myself and didn't want this to get out of hand so someone would see me do it and get me locked up!

LEAVE SQUIER ALONE HE IS DOING THE BEST HE CAN AND IT IS GOOD ENOUGH ! !!

You might want to see professional help if it's this serious. I never experienced something like this. But definitely stop hitting your head.

Can you try kicking it out instead of banging it out, or something? :)

Wouldn't worry. It isn't as if you are banging against a wall.
Lightly and on cushioned things is hardly going to cause damage.
Tho maybe might be better to accept that we all relive both bad and good memories. Just ignore the bad.
Or write them down and why they bother you... or learn from the bad experiences in the bad memories.
