I'm so cold, my body won't generate much heat. I ate about half of my diner, and then a little junk food and since then my stomach has felt bad. And I've been really cold. And kinda angsty.
I also seem to have a harder time with instruments today.
...hope I'm not sick or something...
I miss my friend.
It's ironic that one of the best friends I ever made is someone I never met in person. Right now I'm posting on WP and listening to music for two reason: I doubt I would fall asleep if I tried, and I'm hoping my friend's screen name will come up.
I'm having an off day. I have a lot of off days these days.

It's cold here too- 4 degrees Fahrenheit- but I do not think you are talking about the kind of cold that an electric blanket or a cup of hot cocoa will fix.
I hope you feel better soon. You are an interesting person with good ideas (based on your posts).

Thanks riverotter

I talked to my friend on AIM last night. That went well, and then I listened to some good music (Houses of the Holy) as I went to sleep.
I'm feeling okay right now.

Ever had your thyroid tested, MJ?

Constantly feeling cold is a classic hypothyroid symptom.

Or maybe you don't get enough exercise during the day. I feel cold too when I sit around most of the day... like today. :(

I'm not constantly cold, it's just that we keep the temp down in the house.
The night I started this thread, I was exceptionally cold for some reason, but this doesn't happen often, so I doubt it's a serious health problem.
Well not too long ago I was exercising regularly, but now I've stopped.
Again, thank you for your concern/advice.
