Well hi,

Lately I have been feeling particularly short fused. I don't really know why. I feel like biting heads off (not literally) and very snappy.

I have never lost my cool so as to break anything I didn't intend to. I don't feel a physical aggression, more of a mental one if that makes sense.

I am moving interstate soon and doing it all myself. I think this is on my mind and causing me stress. Could the stress be the source of the aggression? I fear damaging relationships with people because of this.

Try meditation. Center yourself, relieve your mind of its loads, and be free. Physical circumstances cause stress. In other words, I believe if you find your place in the ethereal... you'll find what was crucial before has become a game you don't have to play... not by the rules. Knock down all the pieces. Be happy by love.

Try exercise, it is amazing anger management, even for "mental anger". And then you get physically fit, which makes you feel good, which makes you do better in other things because you feel good.

For me, when I get scared I start to get angry. I think fear is anger. I use to take anger management and it helped some. Try not to even think about that stressor. I used to do that a lot and it got worse. No, not an easy thing to do but it's helped me to cope. For me, I don't usually do relaxation techniques. When I get angry, I have found that doing something physical like running helps me calm down.
