So it was the last day of my Bio I class...
I've been trying to befriend this shy girl in my class for the past month.
However I've been completely screwing this up. I try to talk to her after class, but I stumble my words too much, can't get much beyond "how are you?", mind goes blank, then I don't know what to do and bye...
Last class, I wanted to push myself to do better, do something more, and I just end up doing the same f*****g thing again. I even had a second chance to try speaking to her again but didn't do anything because I felt too stupidified by my first attempt.

God I am being such a moron. I must officially be a weird creep to her by now.
I wish I could apologize for being such so weird to her, but I likely won't see her again. :(

If I were to punch you, I'd have to punch myself as well. I've had that same problem for a long time, and I'm still trying to understand it. Sometimes, having AS sucks. :?

I would have to punch myself too, I have terminal Foot in Mouth Syndrome, try writing her a note, its worked for me, when I couldn't get the words out

That's a good suggestion. When you write something, you have that extra time to edit yourself, before releasing it to humanity. Why can't life have that "pause" feature? :?

If you've seen the movie "Click"...life DOES have a pause feature! :)

I wish I had a universal remote that "controls the universe"!

We could avoid so many arguements and embarrassing moments by pausing everything and changing the situation before it happens.
If only we lived in such a world...

Or press rewind and go back to avoid saying something we shouldn't have said.

Good one.

The note idea sounds great, but unlikely I will see her again....

and besides, how would you just give a note like that? Walk up and give it to her? ...
wouldn't that be a bit... odd?

I've been in that position before. It's sad, but it's not worth somebody punching you for.

Well don't do what I did once in grade 7, I rolled up the note into a ball and chucked at this girl I liked, she got it alright, in the eye.
Just pass the note and explain that hey I am shy and don't know how to start a conversation. I use to sputter and stammer all the time if I met or tried to talk to someone I liked but it really gets easier the more you try.
