I think most everyone goes through a suicidal phase, usualy in middle school or high school. I know I did.
And most everyone I know did too, so I don't think it's necessarily an aspie thing.

I've never felt suicidal (I don't think I am anyway) but lately I've started to get flashes of thought where I get the visual image of beating my head to death on a wall or dragging a knife across my wrists. It usually comes during what I would consider 'aspie frustration'.... so I think there may be credence to the suicide angle...

I don't know if I am aspie or not, but in order to control me to keep me from becoming a real person, various of my caretakers and peers sucked the life out of me and left me an empty husk. I cannot do anything to change my fate anymore. I have been sentenced to watch my world being slowly destroyed while I watch it burn.

Is there anybody who deals with severe depression and anxiety with their Aspergers like I do? I know some people have depression, but not always both...

Hell. Yes. I was diagnosed with social anxiety and depression far before Asperger's was ever on the table, Ebec, and it's still an ongoing struggle to find new, less destructive coping mechanisms for dealing with my differences.

I definitely think suicide rates are probably higher in the Aspie community than the average population, simply because loneliness seems to haunt so many of us. When depression is more likely, it's only logical that suicide is, too.

YES.
Just for some reason unlike in my youth the depression is more like a numb,
I think a large part of it is I do not feel so alone anymore, I have my son.
I still feel depressed, but I do not feel nearly as empty as I used to feel along with the depression.

My suicidal phase started at age 8 and didn't end until I was put on medicine.

Well, here's what happened with me: My so-called mother and my other caretakers beat me up and screwed me around until I no longer wanted to live, then they forced medications on me to "treat" my condition.

I suspect that I get paranoid delusions from time to time. Sometimes I think the aliens are surrounding me, trying to bring me down, and it is a plot to rid me from the Earth. Other times, it may be that there are aliens trying to help me.

I'm glad I allow logic to control me sometimes, but my control over my feelings seems to be getting worse over time.

I listen to depressing songs over and over. I enjoy walking in the dark.

There are people who will try to give you that impression, too.

Yes, there are
And most likely quite a few.
I've had great trouble with it in the past.
When I was about 9 or so I almost committed suicide
(couldn't figure out whether it was best to slit my throat, left wrist or right wrist, and after that other doubts araised)
Then around 16 I perceived quite a social isolation, resulting in me wanting to die (I quickly decided I wasn't going to kill myself so I'm not suicidal. But it'll stilkl ruin your day)
With help from some friends with whom I talked a lot I started to enjoy life again.
I'm not diagnosed with depression, allthough I believe I could qualifie.
But I'm not interested in any such diagnosis.
So yeah, there are others,
Just remembet that no matter how much your life sucks at the moment,'
Usually it'll much better in a matter of months

Yep- desperate to get some sort of life together, but my anxiety gets right at me, and so i'm depressed that i cant do anything, and my AS just makes me feel totally detached from everything and everyone around me
