ffing meltdown again ...........damm, I got back on my feet and now this again.........when will it ever end? I'm trying to just breath right now, I want to just scream and scream though, cry and cry until the ' wierd feeling' just evaporates , until I just let go and the dammthing shifts - nowhere to scream here - neighbours would come running and then I'd probably get thought mad and eventually get chucked out. Can't get out the flat as I'm so wobbly onmy feet and dizzy....goddam godamm godamm

Oh I'm sorry your not doing well. Try and take deep breaths and count back from 100.

I find screaming in my head helps. Weird but effective.

Let your emotions out cause its not healthy to hold them in.

I sent you a pm hope your gona be ok.

Just remember things always look up . Promise
