Tonight while taking a walk, I was about to walk around a truck in my neighborhood. Suddenly, I heard a neighbor say, "Get the f--k away from my truck." I was muttering a little bit and it was pitch black. I was headed to a bench to talk to myself for a little while. I dont get why he cursed at me for such a little thing. I wonder if he even knew me. I just feel very guilty for my behavior.

Don't take that s**t dude. Ask him what his freaking problem is. Actually don't do that, but I probably would do that. I don't take crap from anyone, especially not a rude castrated high school dropout of a neighbor

he was just being an ass thinking that you might have some bad intentions with the truck. his reaction was wrong. dont take it personally, though. just forget it, its not worth it.

Yeah, maybe he thought you were looking to steal his truck. But don't feel guilty over it. He should feel guilty for yelling at you like that when you had no intention on his precious little truck.

I say confront him about it, he had no right to yell at you. People yell when they have nothing to say yet they want to intimidate or put others down.

Were you touching his truck? Have you touched it before when you walked past? Anyhow, if it was parked on the road and you were in a lawful place (sidewalk, road, etc) then he can't really complain. Still, from his point of view, you were a guy walking down the street after dark around his truck.

yeah, you should confront him. I have a psycho neighbor who gets drunk and yells at me when i come home late at night. Just keep walking, unless he is calm. Somehow one of my neighbors knew my name...it was a little creepy.
