Try having a tablespoon of linseed oil, flax seeds, or fish oil everyday. Omega 3 fatty acids cured my depression! :D

Yes, that's an excellent thing to do. Lots of fluids helps too.

UndercoverAlien, When it gets this bad, try telling it to go away. It may sound silly. Also see if there's something you can find nice that you can do for yourself for comfort, like making a cold or warm drink and make yourself comfortable in some way. Sometimes we just need to feel bad until we can get some of it out of our system so just try to breathe extra. Put some cartoons on if that's something you enjoy. Try getting more fluids in and see if that helps. It may sound silly but it can help though it takes time if you are very dehydrated. It does contribute to feeling poorly overall. Have some fresh fruit too.

I hope you can do something nice for yourself and begin to see the light more clearly again soon.
