okay. so iv just come out of a really stressfull confrontation... perhaps not really an argument... there was no... shoutingness or negativeness on my mates fromt... except for the remark wich set it all off... basicly he called me stupid and insulted an irrational fear i told him about recently... anywho... iv come out of it realising that there is somthing wrong with me and whatever it takes to change that must happen. im going to see my teacher about it tommorow but i may as well post it up to get a second opinion too. basicly... a few years ago i was calm and happy... i could be satisfied with simple discussions etc... now... im childish, often grumpy and moody, generally complinative and... well... i dont see myself as a very nice person. perhaps a bit of a bully?. anyway... since i was happy and calm all i can remember that has changed is that my parents have had a divorce, we've moved house and iv moved into mainstream GCSE... but none of this seems to be a valid reason for my behavour to change so abruptly. any ideas or suggestions on how to improve? (btw, my hyperactive side doesn't seem to be controllable nowadays so "just controle it" will not suffice and iv got numerous friends with ADHD and i dont seem to share thier traits and general stance so... i dont think i have ADHD but i could be wrong). also. now im happy and feel iv made a small step forward. so... yeah... any thoughts?

My advice would be to see someone about it and try to get some help.

Looks like you're already doing that.

Good luck.
