I keep crying when I see attractive people lol
Every now and again I go through a period of hell where 1. I don't like people looking at me and 2. I can't look at eve mildly conventionally attractive people in person without crying. Hopefully it doesn't last weeks like it can at its worst. This started three years ago and I hate it so much. It feels very pathetic. It doesn't help that I binged my way up to my heaviest again and haven't showered for like a month. I'm so pathetic when I'm down :'). I think my psychiatrist said I have ADHD but I'm just waiting for the report to see if I understood correctly. In the mean time I'm doing ADHD specific tips to stop over eating. I'm meal prepping, limiting my money that I have access to (I spend 95% of my money on food) and doing exercise when I'm agitated. Medication might help too. We'll see.
I think lap band surgery helped Jimmy m massively. Perhaps a chat with him?

It also depends on your body and if you're adding in any physical activity as well. In many cases, you can expect to lose about 40% of your starting body weight after a successful Lap-Band surgery. This is usually the case after the first year post-surgery.

I have no idea how overweight you are.
This procedure may not be suitable for you.
I used to be into emotional binge eating.
Would this be your problem?

I'm 178cm ish (5 foot 10) and 94kg (207lbs) which is a BMI of 29.8. Not great but not AWFUL considering a healthy range for me would be 58.3kg - 78.8kg (127-171lbs). It's definitely emotional binge eating for me. Without the stimulation from food I also feel dead inside and like an empty husk. I'm trying to not rely on it though but its hard.

This is well below the obese level, so lap ban isn't suitable for you.
I suggest the 5x2 diet.
I am on it now as a weight-maintenance plan.
I wouldn't worry about it, but I know you probably can't, so just try not to let it get to you too much. As I say, looks fade and bodies break, and the future comes far quicker than anyone realizes. Try to take care of yourself; plans and routines help with these things when it comes to self-care, but your psychiatrist no doubt has brought this up.
I kinda feel sad with a sibling, with so much effort she puts into trying to look visually attractive, but there's a person under all of that, someone worth far more than that, worth caring an immeasurable amount more about, but she just fosters the former and doesn't work on the latter at all, which is the problem in the end for her. I wish I could tell her this and help her, but that has to come from her. I guess this is me going off on a tangent though.
