Buck up bucko. It will be alright. You are drowning in the associations eh?

Sorry about that. I did that recently. It was with a man though. I woke up from a dream of him this morning, which usually means to write him. Only in my associative suffocation, I cut ties with him.

Isn't that horrible. I just didn't know how to slow down and be okay. Nothing helps it, except when some of the imput slows down. In my case, school stopped for winter break. Then I realized after a few weeks, how horrible it was what I had done.

The moral of the story, I imagine, is to remember what you like about what you are trying to achieve. Learning a new small thing, takes loads of time.

They know you are autistic right? And that at the beginning you are behind others. Then you ask silly questions that only are super important to you. Then when it all clicks, you are ahead of everyone else.

I imagine you are building the whole framework of a massive construct and the pain is only growing pains, right?

Take care, because you will and are doing just fine

That's true, and thanks. I often have to know how to do the whole of a project before I can calm down enough to do any parts of it. Whereas, NT's just happily blaze through the parts before even thinking about the whole of what they're doing. The lady training me, by the way, is a classic NT -- and I rarely will say that about anyone. She's not even 1% autistic; not a chance. So, my difficulty was a brand new and incredible curiosity to her. But she's nice, and she worked patiently with me this afternoon until I got it. Well, time to call her back in now... She insisted on doing more practice with me... At least I now know the basic framework of the project, which is what the previous lady training me failed to convey to me yesterday. If I don't have a basic map in my head of what I'm supposed to do, I can't proceed. And if I'm told to proceed anyway, I approach meltdown in stages.

That is funny because it is true. Isn't it crazy how the whole, I have to understand part works.

Thankyou for saying the second post. You explained something to me, in different terms, yet also, same terms. I learned from the two different experiences, between the two trainers.

I was worried about school, now I know how to approach this second semester. Funny how this worked out like this.

Congrats on the new lady, the teacher definitely makes the situation.
