And i can't take it anymore! Sometimes i just feel like just laying down and not doing anything. I can't seem to make myself feel happy about anything, i feel the worlds getting worse and i just can't make myself interested in life.
I also find myself hating others because i cannot stand them.

I really need help.

I wish I had time to post something, but I've got to turn off the computer now. I hope you feel better soon.

Maybe if you do one task, like tidy up a drawer, or something like that...that will help a little. Or at least make you feel like you've done something.

Maybe choose a small creative project, if that's your thing.

Oh, I've got to go now. Sorry. Hope you feel better soon.

Good to know you are feeling better. Having support from others is very important. I went through similar difficulties and isolation only makes it worse, and try to occupy yourself as elderwanda said...

Hey Lore,

I'm not sure how you feel about science, but if you're like me, these books may help:

Learned Optimism - Martin Seligman
The Luck Factor - Richard Wiseman

I'm forgetting something... pretty sure there was a 3rd I wanted to recommend but I'll leave it at those for now... These two books helped me a lot. :)

They also have been major contributors to a book I've been working on called the Optimist's Wager.

You can get the first chapter here if you're interested:

Hi Lore. I hope I can help with your sadness. I once heard a great motivational speaker/comedian by the name of Carl Hurley at a teacher's inservice meeting. Usually we can't wait for those to be over, but with Carl Hurley---we didn't want it to end---we loved laughing. His saying was, "When things look like they can't get any worse, you might as well laugh."

I think you need laughter. Why not find some really funny movies to watch. I think laughter cures a lot of things. I love to watch and laugh at the Chevy Chase Vacation movies. Try it.
