Harassment
In recent years I've been subject to heavy internet harassment, especially when I used to be involved in the furry fandom, which even resulted in many of my online accounts being hacked. Sadly, the "best" advice I've gotten in dealing with these jerks who have harassed me is to "ignore them." I'm really sick and tired of that cliched advice, which I got from my parents when I was growing up and being bullied in school, and it also sickens me that trying to fight back or stand up to these people just makes things worse, and that I'm told that it's "my fault" for responding to them. I can more easily turn a cheek to non-verbal abuse such as someone punching me on the shoulder or spitting on me, but words just hit me below the belt, and it's just hard to forgive people who do that to me, especially if they don't even apologize. I'm just sick that these jerks who have harassed me can get away with what they do, and that basically the law of the jungle prevails on the internet.
I'm actually very concerned of the hell I've been through on the internet since a lot of negative information about me has been posted about my online aliases, and I'm deeply afraid of potential employers, since I'm now looking for a job, stumbling upon that information and not hiring me or even terminating me because of that.
I'm actually very much looking forward to returning to therapy since it's absolute torture to talk with my parents.

I know you hate to hear it, but you need to just walk away. You won't get any emotional satisfaction and you won't change them. Some people have the skills to prevent that kind of thing but, once it gets to that point, there's nothing you can do. All you can do is deprive the predators of a another meal.
So just stay here. Vent, as you just did. The people who harass you are scum and you don't deserve it.
And when you get done venting, find someone to play with. This place is big enough to find someone interesting.
Is there any way to contact law enforcement about this. There should be laws against it. You should contact the FBI.
This seems like good advice to me. I don't know where you live but, if I remember correctly, many places have laws against internet harassment. Would it be feasible for you to discuss this problem with a lawyer?
I do know that, if people are knowingly spreading lies about you and those lies damage your ability to find or maintain employment, you can file a lawsuit -- often for large amounts of money.

I guess I don't understand the problem.
It seems silly for the FBI to do anything about your enemies in a videogame.
It seems simple to get rid of nasty comments in your blogs.
and if it affects your life, temporarily close your blogs and maybe later re-open new ones.
The police might be interested if you know someone hacked into your bank account.
But in that case, you should at least get rid of the malware in your computer.
