I was talking last night about the bad things coming in the us goverment and she said,"You better not go around telling people this crap, your gonna get arrested." FOr the rest of the night and this morning i felt dirty and shamefull and withdrawn, so i this morning i told her i didnt like how what you said last night made me feel, and she
throws this fit saying," i dont want have to live in lunatic asylum," and i said why are you throwing a fit and she says" your aspergers is causing you to read facial expressions wrong,' and a bunch of other crap too.
her problem is she has no sense of right or wrong she bases everything on how it makes her feel.

1. You can not get arrested for merely criticising the US government, provided that you make no threat against it (expressed or implied). This is America, not the American Socialist Republik.
2. You can not be made to feel anything without your cooperation. Refusing to be emotionally manipulated will set you on the road to self-reliance.
3. Your mom seems to equate Asperger's Syndrome with "lunacy," and thus seems to equate living with an Aspie with living in an asylum. This is her problem, not yours. Don't let her try to convince you otherwise.
4. Your mom also seems unwilling to adjust her behavior to accomodate your aspieness. I have no solutions for this, other than for you to become as independent from her as possible, and when you are old enough, move out and live on your own.
Best wishes!
