I'd suggest something along the lines of constructing something. Model airplanes, or handmade sculpture. You work on it for awhile, put it down, then come back and pick up where you left off.
Painting or drawing, perhaps?

The key is multitasking. When you're doing something you HAVE to do, do it in a different way or along with something else. When you do dishes or other chores, you can also listen to new music or an audio book. Instead of driving to the store, try walking or biking there sometime. The next time you're hungry, try eating, and making, something different. You have to eat SOMETHING, after all, so try something new.

Wow, you're the opposite of me, I never get bored.
Maybe you should try a sport of sorts. There are lots of things that aren't team sports, like swimming, hiking, long-distance running, riding a bike, etc. That way you can be healthy as well as hopefully enjoying yourself.

Yeah I like swimming the best because I feel really free in the water, like you can move in any direction. But I like to do flips and float around all the time, actual swimming takes a lot of effort. Of course I get a lot of excercise at work so I don't have a lot of energy left over.

I've never understood why people like golf, tho. It seems like a lot of standing around, and aiming for the impossible.

yeah I like it too, but the pool at my club is so full of chlorine!

Haha, I love it, its like a 5 mile walk too, and its such a challenge to improve! Tiger inspired me, nothing is impossible! :P

That's a good point. Try doing something while you're watching a movie. I can't just sit and watch. I have to fidget with something, anything. Lego is my favourite. :D
