CAn nuerologists fix brain damage?

CAn nuerologists fix brain damage? I made an appointmet with one of the best in the country not now but later i have the sighns of nueromalignant syndrome or tardive dyskinesia
should wait for the drug withdrawal to settle down
i used to be so good at the stuff.... deciding

I am not sure if Nuerologists can fix damage to neurons, yet.
However, the ability of the brain to adapt to previous wounds is remarkable.
I have heard of a guy who was hit by a car 15 years ago in a Coma state and he suddenly woke up, walked to the door and can speak!
He is not completely 100% but can live a relatively normal life.

Even if the neurologist you will see cannot "fix you" he/she will figure out ways to help.
