I feel like I'm in trouble. I've noticed that I've felt like this throughout most of my life. However, today is very bad and my anxiety is overloading me to the point where I can't focus. It's exhausting to get so stressed out and it's wasting my time and energy.

Was anyone else raised to think that he/she was bad and then took on that identity and fulfilled that prophecy?

I haven't done anything bad in comparison to what I think is bad. I mean, I don't hurt people or lie and those sorts of things. But, I did do some things that I regret. Little things I do that are wrong or if I say things that I regret later haunts me and I think I beat myself up way too much over it. How can I stop that fear of being in trouble though?

As a child, I was recurrently punished for things I never understood, and a lot of that confusion was because of my AS. I can't tell when people are mad at me, so I ask them if they are a lot. And when I used to have a job ad my supervisor wabted to talk to me, I always assumed I was in trouble.
