i mean really. enough money has been saved, and i can move (i got my check today) and had $400 from the previous month, and i just dread looking online in the classifieds for a place to live. i relise this sounds foolish and sincy but it isnt! i also seem to be stuck in my old routine and i can't get out of it, my new fire agate also has a small hairline crack on the surface of it and it wasnt provided in the details on ebay. i still love it but jesus! i cant stop thinking about how pourus agate is and im afraid since i usually carry my fire agates with me everywhere even in the bathtub i might crack it more so now i dont wanna get it wet. :x im not afraid to live on my own or anything, i just hate communicating with people, and doing things in a process.

now i wanna email the guy about this small inconvienace about the fire agate but i dont. hes such a great guy and i can't believe he sold it to me for so cheep. but still, wouldnt you provide a detail like that? i probably would have still boughten it. i would just have liked to know about it beforhand because now depression and anger are here to party

Edit. i just relised that much like my life my fire agate is cracked. so now i like it even more, besides. its flipping gorgeous :jester:
i'll just limit water exposure to it much like i have my meteorite in transmission fluid to help prevent rust
:)

I have that problem too, but my problem is caused by not having any credit. My issue is that I avoided getting a credit card because I didn't want to get sucked into that trap, but now its coming back to bite me in the rear. Becuse landlords won't take many people without credit records, and how do you get credit? By spending on a credit card of course!!

I would just buy one thing with it and then pay it the following month and that would help your credit score. I decided I better get myself a credit card to make my life easier and just use it sometimes to buy something just to build up my credit score. I'm going to give myself limits on it. Luckily I didn't have that problem when I was looking for my own apartment. Only thing I hate about it is the application fee so I must look at every apartments first and then pick which one I want to live in before I turn the application in to the manager. I will not pay a fee for every place and poof, I have tossed my money out.

I wouldn't spend spend spend spend with it of course. That is not a very smart move to do. That would put me into deep debt.

You don't need a credit history if you can get (a) cosigner(s). Your parents should work if they are available and willing.

ahh. the good ol bait and switch, credit. you cant live with it or without it. it really is a shame, but mostley our sociaty forces you to do things you dont wanna do. like open up a bank account for instance. ive even had banks tell me they couldnt cash a check i had because i didnt bank with them, and when they do cash it they charge you $5 for it/ although i relise backround checks and such are required for some rentals but im not picky so i usually live in the hood. people there love cash, especially if its up front
