Well here's some tips that might help your Asperger's/
1. Get medication that'll help with Anxiety and Stress. If it doesn't work, keep bugging the doctor until you get meds that work.
2. Edcuate yourself about what problems you have then educate the people around you. Tell them that you can't read social cues which result in extreme fustration and anxiety.
And remember, none of it is your fault. You didn't do anything wrong. It's this disability that's unfortunatly permanent.
Set goals for yourself, do the best you can. But keep in mind, there are certain problems with Asperger's that are permanent and will never go away.
Trust me, I went through the same thing trying to get rid of all my problems.
