i cant drink any of these energy drinks... i have seizures and caffeine is bad for seizures... if i drink just one sip of this stuff i go into grand mal 30 minutes later, same goes for alcohol...

rockstar however if i can get lucozade ( its hard to get in the US) i like it. doesnt make the final cut though because of the scarcity

Well, I boycott Nestle and Coke products, so there goes 90% of my options...

The only one I could ever stand was V, which is part of Frucor which I believe has since been taken over by the Coke company. So err... yeah.

They're all just nasty noxious caffeine/sugar/crap-that-makes-you-old-and-cancerous anyway so I don't see the point.

Water is my energy drink; herbal tea on occasion.

Good old cup of joe. Excessively strong, and always black. But with the good sleep schedule I have been on for the past few months, I rarely find myself needing coffee very much.

For hydration, I prefer Gatorade cut 50/50 with water.

I stay away from the new, fancy, weird named energy drinks (Monster, Rockstar, Amp, etc). I drank a 24 ounce Monster energy drink once, and it blew out my digestive system. In both directions. Also caused painful stomach cramps all the next day.

Sometimes at work, I get issued "go pills", which are essentially legally prescribed amphetamines. One tiny pill drops you into overdrive and for 6 or so hours, you can do the work of 10 men and the thinking of 20 minds.
