I have this one right now but putting it in my pocket with keys and change scratches the enamel.

I tried buffing it down with toothpaste, rubbing compound, heck, I've even tried sandpaper - gently so as to not sand away the enamel. Nothing worked.

I've learned not to get the enamel coated ones and go for a classic metal one.

I'd like your help in deciding.

Brushed brass

Brushed armor brass "armor" means the case is 1.5 times as thick as a normal Zippo case.

Antique brass I'm concerned about this one because it might be the enamel casing like the candy apple red one from above.

I'm leaning towards the Brass armor one.

I kinda like this one:

I liked the antique one it's simple and looks good too, w/o being too bright or looking dirty.

The antiqued brass looks great, but the armor might give you a sense of security, if you're planning to be rough with it.

Btw, I have a Hunter S. Thompson 'zippo' lighter case with no lighter and I don't think its a zippo, even. The lighter is in a junkyard in France. Would you happen to know where I could get a replacement for something like that?

Well I don't know which one you should pick...but I think I found one for ME, even though I don't smoke!
