Today I learned that the thigh high socks from Hot Topic are the most comfortable things ever and that my ability to be this delighted over giant green socks that look like shoes is a thing to not be underrated. That leads me to another thing I learned today... there is no denying that I have a weird sock obsession. Heh. Years of fugly socks in my drawers should have clued me in on this earlier... but no... I just now get hit with realization.

Eating ice cream when you haven't eaten anything else all day can really make you want throw-up.

i think there's two herons sitting in the house behind me's oak tree. they don't move too much unless you make a loud noise.
they're a grayish blue color. a bit random. we have little egrets that wander around here but i've never seen these birds before.

observations cannot continue as i'm dragging myself back kicking and screaming to my 90 minute away college tommorow morning...woot.
