Thick slices of duck breast with crispy fat-skin on one side, sauerkraut, ( lacto-fermented so it's milder and chewier than the usual kind ), and lettuce and cucumber in an egg yolk, olive oil, wine vinegar and herb salt dressing, plus fresh parsley.

I've read many Aspies have a very limited diet, and for me that's true. All my meals are:
