That's because you probably have an ad blocker. I'm afraid to download anything I don't know too much about. But I'll get it figured out eventually, I've just had quite a bit on my mind lately.

Adblock has been working out fine for me. My computer is six years old and wasn't even a good one when I bought it, and ads were making it impossible for me to browse the web at all.

Firefox as a browser with Adblock Plus, Flashblock and NoScript installed. Best thing(s) since sliced bread. (not sure what that was before sliced bread; oh well...)

It's amazing just how much time is wasted downloading all those adverts: things actually speed up as a result; all sorts of noisy visual clutter vanishes and also, browsing the web using Windows is made much more secure than it would have been.
Better still if Windows isn't used at all, but that's another story.
