I would REALLY love to have someone show me some good Indian cuisine. I don't know much about the culture let alone the food but I know they have a lot of vegetarian dishes that are rich and full of flavor! I just have to dive in really!

What is your favorite dish, one that you always crave?

7-8 books a year if not more depending upon time and my interest in a particular subject.. What is something you feel will become obsolete?
