I had a bad dream and that strong negative feeling is still in my system. I'm feeling stressed.

what works for me in those situations, is a bout of vigorous physical exercise outdoors, and/or a movie afterwards. that pushes the bad feelings out of my consciousness.

my local PBS reception totally disappeared when when "Neurotypical" came on POV. :x damned KCTS and their antenna direction skewed north instead of south :x

As usual, my mom's b*tching at me about every little thing... ugh, I can't wait to find my own place, so she can move into a senior citizen's apartment (which is what she wants), so she's driving me nuts, thinking / hoping that will make me move sooner. Not fun.

I wish my family had more money and visits to other countries were less expensive :cry: Even if I get a job, which I doubt I will anytime soon, I don't think that will make enough money to help. And I need that money for other important things anyway. :cry:

At work, I got unhappy because the printer's toner ran out of ink. And it wasn't even the same colored ink I was using to print paperwork with!
