It's a Roman city in Italy called Pompeii. It's was covered by ashes in 79AD when Vesuvius erupted. There's another smaller city near it called Herculenium (can't remember the spelling) but I haven't been to either since I was really young. It's great though, you can just walk down Roman roads and sit on Roman toilets. There are bodies there as well, well not the actual bodies but you can see the shapes of humans lying on the ground, and one dog as well from when their bodies were covered in ashes, so it looks like they've been set in stone.

Nothing interesting happened on my birthday (that I know of)
I was obsessed with Pompeii when I was younger, I have books about Vesuvius somewhere.
Have you ever been there?

No, I haven't. But I had a friend that went there and retrieved a bronze dagger without them knowing. It had a the face of Neptune on the hilt.

I bought some green rock from Vesuvius and a box of other rocks, but I don't know where they are now
Wish I could go back, the closest thing now is the Roman museums in Chester, but that's not quite Pompeii
