I don't think its a good idea to force people outside at lunch, it's only 20 degrees outside. As a society we are too cold tolerant.

I stayed up really late last night trying to fix a problem on Gentoo, and I have an exam to write this morning, and my grandpa knocked on my door REALLY LOUDLY to wake me up even though I don't really have to be up for another half hour.
