Okay, I'm going to need some context for that. Who offers anybody "mystery blue powder"? Whose first instinct is to eat "mystery blue powder"? And by saying it's the "last time", does that suggest you've eaten mystery powder before? I'm so confused.

Lol, it was some kind of pre workout energy powder that I dissolved into a glass of water and drank before I went running. Instead of energy however, an unpleasant chemical reaction took place in my small intestine that made me unwell for the next 12 hours :hic:

that seems like it would be a welcome relief though.

how does "urination station" sound?

i'm not exactly sure yet what my workplace's policy is on homeless (if they have any, or it's just this particular guy) but judging from how one dude tried to use the bathroom and was harshly discouraged from doing that....huh.

it left me confused.

"stinky Motherf***er". yeh

There are about five songs that I listened to many years ago that I kind of want to listen to again. However, I don't remember their titles or the names of the singers or the lyrics. How can I find such songs on YouTube? Not that I liked them a lot or anything but I'm just curious how they would sound if I listen to them now.

Doesn't quite have the same ring as "defecation station", but I'll accept it.

Hmmm ... maybe if you typed in something associated with the song. For example, if it was performed at a particular concert, or featured in an ad or program. Also if you know what year or event a notable performance of it was done.

One song that I was trying to remember from my childhood was featured on an ad in the early 90s in New Zealand. It always stuck with me, but after years of searching it wasn't until this year or last year that I could fully identify it. I even found a copy of the original ad on YouTube. Always good once your perseverance pays off  :

Thanks for the suggestions, Murihiku. The problem is that I know pretty much nothing about the songs or the singers. They were all in a video CD (I think that's what it was) I borrowed from someone. I listened to and watched those songs several times. I don't even remember the faces of the singers. The only thing I vaguely remember is parts of the melodies, which still play in my head sometimes. As they are foreign songs, you never accidentally hear them here. I didn't particularly like those songs but it's frustrating that I cannot find them again.

I always forget if I've taken my medication each morning. That's quite annoying.

This summer is so hot I need to be highly caffeinated with some black water.

not part of a bigger earthquake, yours?

What do you know – we just had an aftershock this afternoon. It was well offshore, so I only felt a tiny tremor for a couple of seconds. But this time the house shook a little bit. This is so weird: we never really have earthquakes in Queensland.

Thither once was as a prodigious hallucination, experienced by a lad spontaneously imagined by me, imagining a canine to imagine him whom I refer to hither, this canine was of a peculiar sort, nay how trifling, delineate hallucination, the pup was in a desolate Macy's privy, feeling rebellious and insecure, owners not presenting victuals for it when it fancies, "a certain time for dinner, a certain time for luncheon" they would proclaim, vile feline advice, adverse and contrary to I, I'm not pretentious I'm a dog. So he hallucinated from desolation. Thither once was a fine mighty steakidy rawity pawity setting in my 173848374 ft by18383737 ft doggy bed the village of tortured cats o ahead yonder afar, bar bark arf, tails crumbling in the wrath of fellow dogs, whom I am distinct from, for my pupil is far darker. I am snarfing these mighty bones so redundant and fair dwelling aloft in the air. The end, due to weariness of me. :? 8O :? :? 8O :o 8O

This woman I know weighed 98kgs a few months ago and finally decided to try to lose weight. Now she claims to weigh 90kgs but to me she looks even more obese than when she weighed 98kgs. Is she lying? Is she crazy? Or has she magically lost some density, truly losing weight while expanding? She does look truly happy about "having lost some weight".

Thanks Kip. Didn't think anyone would notice I was gone. I'll PM you in a while. Good to hear from you too! :)

Because we live in Australia. Bushfires tomorrow! It's like living in a bloody sauna one moment, hell another and the Antarctic the next. Blood stupid country!
