What is your greatest fear?

What is your greatest fear? Name at least one thing that gets your heart palpitating and sends a chill down your spine.

For me it's a fear of sharks, especially when I'm in a swimming pool. Now I know that most sharks couldn't live in swimming pools, and even get into a swimming pool, but ever since I watched Jaws I was scared of sharks in swimming pools. For your information I was a swimmer for around 6 - 7 years, which is a strange fear due to how long I've been swimming, but some fears are pretty weird right 8O .

My biggest fear happened today. That I either keep my helmet at Stepping Stones or lose my job. I'm keeping the helmet at Stepping Stones. I have two other Schultz helmets at home. The blue kid's helmet that's gradually being modified and a toy black one that came in the mail.

Another fear that I have is going to Hell because I've made so many mistakes in my life.

The only thing to fear is the unknown and death is an unknown, I can't say I am looking forward to it but I just think about something else when my mind goes in that direction.

The fear of diseases and the fear of colonoscopy.
The fear that I die and no one will take care of my dogs.

I know: "The greatest fear is fear itself" but sigh; so hard to implement.

My greatest fear is losing my mom, or anything horrific happening to her.

My second worst fear is contracting a horrific disease or otherwise getting badly injured/maimed, and amputation.

Right now it's pretty much WWIII after Trump is elected. Or anyone else is elected, for that matter, and I nor anyone else will be alive by this Christmas.

That terrorists or misogynistic organizations will force all women in the world to be in polygamist marriages, sew our body parts shut, not go anywhere without a male or wear pants, and make it perfectly acceptable to beat us for being disobedient, i.e. having any freedom.

Obviously that's *one* of my worst fears and not really my worst fear, but WP is about the only place online where I feel I can openly talk about my fears and worries.

I'm really scared of escalators, not so much going up one but going down one. :?
