Have you read it, DCJ? It's about how to manipulate your way into a kingship, basically.
Yeah see I read Machiavelli more as a document of early modernity prefiguring liberalism by a willingness to examine actual human sociopolitical behaviour without the baggage of moral/religious teleology or what it feels nice to believe about people. Way interested the strong influence Mach had on Spinoza who is BTW like an aspie hero in some circles. But what do i know I'm just a skank who swears too much to have a brain amirite?
But ANYWAY-- you totally win. Imma go wrap up a couple of threads and a few PM discussions but otherwise I'm done here. Thanx for doing your part to prove beyond any possible shadow of a doubt that my affective empathy differences completely aren't coming from an aspie place and I'm not deluding myself to think I'm sociopathic. The cognitive benefit from not having this argument circling through my head is absolutely ginormous. I do apologise I got a bit carried away but since there was no way I could do this without dumping almost my worst evil stuff out in public -- well I hope you can understand if I thought I might as well have fun!
So bubyes everyone!

Be good be safe be happy.

Seriously, please be happy. There are horrifying numbers of unhappy people here and no one is helping them.
